Piaggio presented the new compact GT (Gran Turismo) scooter realized for city traffic. Launched in classic 125 and 200 versatile displacements, the X8 offers the best mix of equipment, protection, manoeuvrability and functionality of any urban scooter.
The new scooter will be available on the Italian market from November 2003 onward.
The X8, as many other top vehicles of Piaggio company’s range, is equipped with Barrac rear-view mirrors: Vespa, Piaggio X9 and Gilera Nexus it is the product range that allowed Piaggio Group to achieve the 30% market share in Europe in the period January-September 2003.
